Often we resist the what isness of life by trying to control it. Life is what it is. Any frustration, anger, disappointment is what we bring to the moment. What we resist, persists. When we lack acceptance we create unnecessary suffering for ourselves. By being aware that life just happens and accepting that we were not meant to control it but learn from it, we can then experience peace.
