Being skeptical means engaging our curiosity and can be a gateway to clarity. Being critical can engage our ego, that has the need to be right or to maintain the status quo.
Our truth is not the truth. It is our perspective based on the filters we see our world and ourselves through.
Don’t believe everything we think and feel. Be humble enough to learn and accept new information.
Be courageous enough to inquire and question the narrative. We are not the roles we play in life. We are not our feelings or even our minds. We are much greater than that.
Life is not as personal as we may think it is, but we are responsible for much more than we think we are.
