Self awareness is the starting point of getting things right on the inside.
A willingness to consider that just because we think or feel something, doesn’t make it the truth, is a key attribute of a growth mindset.
Learning to listen to our feelings and thoughts with a healthy skepticism, will help us be more effective. It will allow us to ask meaningful questions of ourselves, that perhaps, can be a catalyst for a shift or change, in the way we view our world.
Our outside reality and how we experience it, is a reflection of our inner reality. When we can shift our inner reality, from turbulence to peace, we will experience the present moment in a different way.
