We are in the process of living the good old days. It can always be better and it can always be worse.
We get to choose what we want to focus on. Whatever we focus on, we give our energy to. Whatever we give energy to expands or contracts and ultimately becomes our experience.
The only constant in our life is, that it will change. In our lifetime, we will lose much more than we will ever accumulate or achieve. How we learn to deal with that reality, will have a profound affect on our joy capacity.
However, anything that is real can never truly be lost. Love, because it exists alone in the absolute matrix of emotions transcends all.
Even in the adversity of our lives, we can become aware of the Love that surrounds us and that can inspire as to love our neighbors as ourselves.
