Being aware of our thoughts and how we are feeling at any given moment, is key to making a conscious choice. We often live in our horizontal thinking (past and future) and are influenced easily by our past feelings of fear and pain. To truly be present in the moment we are in, with who we are with and what we are doing, requires intention. When we can honour the present moment above what we think or how we feel, we allow our knowingness to emerge. This is our intuition, gut sense or knowing that we know, without knowing exactly how, but that it is the way to go. It is in this state of being that inspiration and creativity flourish. Engagement
and confidence increases knowing that we are walking our true and authentic path. We can then experience joy completely, as we make decisions that contribute to the common good. We were meant to thrive and
discover who we were created to be – love expressing itself through us and healing others, by healing ourselves. – Walter
